1. working principle
TBDQ series pneumatic tee is used when a material needs different directions. When working, it is controlled by a solenoid valve and runs back and forth through the cylinder to achieve the purpose of controlling the flow of materials.
2. structure type
TBDQ series pneumatic three-way is composed of valve body, pneumatic control part and other parts.
(1) Valve body
The shell of the valve body is made of steel plate bending and welding. The angle of the two discharge ports is generally 600 or 450. The bottom surface of the discharge port is equipped with a wear-resistant nylon plate to increase its service life. The shell is equipped with a flap that rotates according to the angle of the outlet.
(2) Pneumatic control part
The pneumatic control part is installed on the side of the valve body, the cylinder head is articulated with the connecting rod that drives the turning plate to rotate, and the cylinder tail is articulated with the shell of the valve body. The travel switch is installed on the side of the casing according to the swinging range of the connecting rod. The solenoid valve is fixed on the shell of the valve body, communicated with the cylinder through an 8mm air pipe, and controls the operation of the cylinder.
