1. working principle
TBST series electric tee is used when a material needs different directions. When working, it is controlled by a limit switch, and the electric push rod runs back and forth to achieve the purpose of controlling the flow of materials.
2. structure type
TBST series electric three-way is composed of valve body, electric control part and other parts.
(1) Valve body
The shell of the valve body is made of steel plate bending and welding. The angle of the two discharge ports is generally 600 or 450. The shell is equipped with a flap that rotates according to the angle of the outlet.
(2) Electric control part
The electric control part is installed on the side of the valve body, the head of the electric push rod is articulated with the connecting rod that drives the turning plate to rotate, and the tail of the electric push rod is articulated with the shell of the valve body. The travel switch is installed on the side of the casing according to the swinging range of the connecting rod. The limit switch is fixed on the casing of the valve body and controls the operation of the electric push rod.
