TBLMY series cylindrical pulse dust collector is a kind of dust recovery equipment, which is mainly suitable for dust recovery in grain, oil, flour, feed, chemical industry (except viscous and corrosive materials) and other industries.

2. Working principle and structure
1. working principle
This product adopts a round box. When the dust-laden air enters the box, the cross-section of the air flow suddenly increases, and the flow rate decreases sharply. Therefore, the dust particles with larger particles are separated from the air flow under the influence of their own weight and settle to the The bottom of the box is discharged out of the machine after the fan is turned off, and the remaining dust is deposited on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified air is discharged from the filter bag and the venturi through the outlet of the upper box and the outlet of the fan, along with the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag. With the increase of , the resistance of the dust collector increases accordingly, and the treated air volume gradually decreases. In order to ensure the normal working condition, improve the dust removal efficiency and reduce the resistance of the dust collector, the filter bag must be cleaned. To this end, the pulse controller periodically sends out signals to open the electromagnetic pulse valve sequentially, so that the compressed air in the air bag is sequentially sprayed from the blowing pipe to the corresponding venturi and enters the filter bag (called primary air). At the same time, this high-speed airflow will also induce air several times the primary air into the filter bag (called secondary air), causing the filter bag to expand rapidly. Shake off the dust particles accumulated on the bag wall to ensure that the filter bag is in good working condition. Since each row of filter bags in the cleaning process is carried out in sequence, the dust-laden air is never cut off, so in this process, the processing capacity of the dust collector remains basically unchanged, and the pulse interval and pulse width can be adjusted arbitrarily to adapt to different working conditions. (dust particle properties, dust concentration, filter wind speed, etc.).
2. structure type
The machine consists of a fan, a body, an ash discharge system and a blowing system (see Figure 1)
1) Fan
4-72 type centrifugal fan or 9-19 high-pressure fan is used, which is connected with the body through pipelines to generate negative pressure.
Make the dust gather on the surface of the filter bag.
2) Body
It consists of chassis, venturi, perforated plate, filter bag, filter bag holder, inspection door, etc. The filter bag is connected to the chassis through the filter bag bracket and arranged in an even and orderly manner. The air flow periodically passes through the venturi fixed on the perforated plate.
(pulse cycle) is sprayed to the filter bag, thereby blowing off the dust accumulated on the filter bag.
(1) Filter bag: a needle-punched filter bag is used;
(2) Venturi: use aluminum alloy venturi;
(3) Filter bag holder: It adopts a cage-type frame structure, which can support the filter bag to maintain an effective filtering area under negative pressure.
3) Blowing system
The system includes air bag, blowing pipe, pilot air-controlled electromagnetic pulse valve, pulse controller, etc.;
The compressed air is supplied by the air compressor through the water processor, the air storage tank and the air filter tank.
From opening to closing, the solenoid valve completes one row of filter bags. This period of time is called the pulse width C. The time interval between the two adjacent rows of filter bags is the pulse interval tn. The time of blowing once is called the pulse period T; C, tn and T are automatically controlled by the pulse controller after being set.

(2) DMF-Z electromagnetic pulse valve
This product is equipped with Suzhou Suyuan DMF-Z electromagnetic pulse valve. It has a compact structure, reliable operation and convenient installation. Its aluminum alloy has certain anti-corrosion ability. Its main technical parameters are as follows:

(3) Ash cleaning system
Compressed air pulses are used to reversely inject the filter bag to ensure that the resistance of the equipment is controlled within a certain range.
The consumption of compressed air for cleaning dust should be selected according to the dust-containing air handling capacity and dust-containing concentration using the controller.
