1. working principle
TZMQ series pneumatic gates are only used when there are two or more outlets. When working, it is controlled by a solenoid valve and runs back and forth through the cylinder to achieve the purpose of controlling the flow of materials.
2. structure type
TZMQ series pneumatic gate is composed of valve body, discharge transition bucket, pneumatic control part and other parts.
(1) Valve body
The shell of the valve body is made of steel plate bending and welding. The bottom of the skateboard is supported by two rows of wear-resistant nylon wheels for easy gliding. There is a cover plate fastened with bolts on the top, which is convenient for installation and maintenance of the cylinder.
(2) Discharge transition hopper
The discharge transition hopper is made of steel plate bending and welding. The outlet size is consistent with the effective area of the gate valve.
(3) Pneumatic control part
The pneumatic control part is installed at the tail of the valve body, the cylinder head is hinged with the slide plate, and the cylinder tail is hinged with the shell of the valve body. The travel switch is installed according to the moving distance of the slide plate, the solenoid valve is fixed on the shell of the valve body, communicated with the cylinder through the 8mm air pipe, and controls the operation of the cylinder.
