The machine head adopts an assembled structure, which is mainly composed of side plate, cover plate, bottom plate, head wheel, head shaft, bearing seat, motor frame, etc. In addition, an anti-blocking door can be installed at the head end according to needs to avoid untimely discharging. , causing damage to the equipment.
(3) Middle section
The middle barrel is the main channel for material conveying. It is composed of side plates, cover plates, bottom plates, intermediate supporting rollers, etc., which can effectively reduce the resistance of the scraper chain, reduce noise and shock absorption. Extend the life of the scraper chain.
(4) Inlet (outlet) material port
The position of the material inlet (outlet) of the machine can be determined arbitrarily. The user can install the inlet (outlet) material port at the corresponding position of the barrel according to the process requirements, and a flow plate should be added at the material inlet to prevent the material from falling directly. Scraper chains and guide rails increase the breakage rate of materials.
(5) Tail
The tail also adopts an assembled structure, which consists of a side plate, a bottom plate, a cover plate, a bearing seat, a tail wheel, a tail shaft, a profiled arc sliding plate and a tensioning device. Adjusting the screw of the tensioning device can adjust the tightness of the scraper chain. degree.
(6) Scraper chain
The scraper chain has sleeve roller chain and other structural forms, which have the advantages of wear resistance, long life and low noise.
2. Working principle
When the conveyor is working, the material entering the machine groove is affected by the pressure of the scraper chain in the moving direction and its own weight, which generates internal friction between the materials. This friction ensures the stable state between the material layers and can overcome the The external frictional resistance generated by the material moving in the machine groove makes the material form a continuous and integral material that moves with the scraper chain and is transported.
