1. working principle
TZMD series electric gates are only used when there are two or more exits. When working, it is controlled by the travel switch and runs back and forth through the screw rod to achieve the purpose of controlling the flow of materials.
2. structure type
TZMD series electric gate is composed of valve body, discharge transition bucket, electric control part and other parts.
(1) Valve body
The shell of the valve body is made of steel plate bending and welding. The bottom of the skateboard is supported by two rows of wear-resistant nylon wheels for easy gliding. There is a cover plate fastened with bolts on the top, which is convenient for the installation and maintenance of the screw rod.
(2) Discharge transition hopper
The discharge transition hopper is made of steel plate bending and welding. The outlet size is consistent with the effective area of the gate valve.
(3) Electric control part
The electric control part is installed at the tail of the valve body, the screw head is hinged with the slide plate, and the screw tail is hinged with the housing of the valve body. The travel switch is installed according to the moving distance of the slide plate, and the travel switch is fixed on the shell of the valve body and controls the operation of the screw rod.
